VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
By entering or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules, which are a binding contract. Please read them carefully before entering. Without limitation, this contract includes indemnities to the Sweepstakes Parties from you and a limitation of your rights and remedies.
1. Eligibility
The Smith’s Enterprise Waterfowl Hunting Trip Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Smith’s Enterprise LLC, Momentum Outdoors, Springhill Outfitters, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Eastern Time on June 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 30, 2026.
3. How to Enter
A. Qualifying Purchase Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by making a qualifying retail purchase or scheduling and completing a tractor service appointment with Smith’s Enterprise between June 15, 2026 and October 30, 2026.

Complete the registration form with:
- Full Name
- Street Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Birth Date
Participants must upload valid proof of purchase or service appointment.

Entries are cumulative based on qualifying actions completed.
B. Free Alternate Method of Entry
No purchase is necessary. To enter without making a purchase, complete the online registration form with accurate information during the Sweepstakes Period.
Entry Limits
Limit fifty-five (55) total entries per person regardless of entry method.
Maximum limits:
- Five (5) tractor purchases
- Ten (10) accessory purchases
Entries generated by artificial intelligence, scripts, bots, or automated means are void.
4. Sweepstakes Drawing
On or about October 31, 2026, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided during entry.
The selected winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
- An all-inclusive 3-day hunt at Momentum Outdoors in Kansas
- Winner may bring up to three (3) guests
- $2,000 prepaid card for travel expenses
Approximate Retail Value: $6,500 total.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner is responsible for all taxes and incidental expenses not specifically stated.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
9. Conduct
Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and legal action.
10. Release of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
11. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
All disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration.
